Cosworth Capital is led by Sibusiso Mbonambi, and has the support and commitment of South African and international investors with a diverse skillset comprised of business operators, entrepreneurs, CEOs, and investment professionals. 

Before founding Cosworth Capital, Sibusiso worked as a management consultant at global leading strategy firm Bain & Company and has experience across a range of industries and capabilities, primarily focused on driving large-scale performance improvement efforts in Sub-Saharan Africa and the Middle East.

He holds an MBA from IESE Business School in Spain, PDM in Entrepreneurship and a Bachelor of Commerce in Economics & Statistics from the University of Cape Town. He is an Allan Gray Fellow and an IESE Leader in Africa Scholar.
